POFAK Gen 3
The latest and greatest in Stab Solutions med pouches. This POFAK is designed to fit everything the modern war fighting infanteer needs and more. With a hook and loop fastening for quick open and closure, this Pull Off First Aid Kit is designed for rapid, one handed deployment and can be distributed to any member of the section or med team with ease.
The insert is made with Curv reinforced laminate, with a grid of mounting points cut into every internal edge, ensuring the user has ample space to customise to fit the meds of their choosing. This insert also allows you to securely hold both chest seals or Celox Rapid without compromising the quick access to Tourniquets or ECB’s.
Both the insert and the external pouch is laced in Molle attachment points, ensuring the pouch can be upscaled if required with either more Tourniquet holders, or a Med Shear pouch to further enhance the life saving potential of the POFAK.
Features:
Ambidextrous usage, incase one arm gets injured.
Easy/Rapid deployment.
Molle on top and bottom of Med Sleeve to allow addition of other items.
Configurable to user, set up is very quick.
Additional shock cord holes on top and bottom of pouch to allow addition of visible TQ holders.
Fully lasercut components.
Replaceable internal shock cord, easily swapped if required at any point.
5x5cm Multicam Hook and Loop field for addition of med patches.

2x Tourniquets or 2x Emergency Care Bandages.
